Barnacle Toys LLC Return Policy

At Barnacle Toys and Melby Toys, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return policy below.

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 60 days of purchase.

2. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened and unused in their original packaging.

3. Proof of Purchase

A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.

4. Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

5. Exchanges

Customers may exchange an item for a different item of equal or lesser value. If the new item costs more, the customer will need to cover the difference.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

7. Restocking Fees

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
